Tea Bag Quotes

I was really delighted last month to find a brand of teas with no sulphites in it (sulphites are a common preservative) and I’m particularly enjoying the Lemon Ginger flavoured one. Each tea bag has a quote on the paper attached to the tea bag string and I’ve been collecting those quotes to see which ones I might want to use for artwork. This small little thing has been quite fun and has been a little joy moment in my day.

I painted one of the quotes just the other day and thought I’d show you. This quote resonates with me because there are a few “weeds” that I really like and I prefer to think of them as flowers. Lol. Don’t read too deep into it - it’s just a lighthearted little quote that brought me some joy to create and it got me thinking about what flowers I want to plan in the spring. :)
